These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from CLAN 971 BRANDS For Readymade Garments Trading CO. L.L.C S.O.C ("CLAN971", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with them, please do not use this website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, to place an order with us. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We currently sell and deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.

2. Our products

We make a limited range of premium caps. Each cap is delivered in a gift box together with a numbered authenticity card.

We have made every effort to display our products accurately. Colours shown on your screen may differ slightly from the physical product depending on your device, and this is not considered a defect.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, to discontinue any product, and to refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place it.

Payment is taken at the time of purchase. By submitting your payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation that your order has been accepted and dispatched.

We may cancel or refuse an order where the product is unavailable, where there has been an error in pricing or product description, where we suspect fraudulent activity, or where the order breaches these Terms. If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Clan membership and access codes

Each CLAN971 cap includes a numbered authenticity card carrying a single-use access code to the Clan, our private members' community.

  • The access code is personal to the holder of the card and may be activated once only.
  • Access codes must not be sold, published, shared or transferred. We may cancel any code we reasonably believe has been shared, published or obtained improperly, without refund.
  • Membership of the Clan is granted at our discretion and is not a separate product for sale. It cannot be purchased independently of a cap.
  • Once a code has been activated, the product is considered used. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for how this affects returns.
  • We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Clan community, its channels, its events or any member benefit at any time. Benefits offered at partner venues depend on agreements with third parties and may change or end without notice.

6. Community conduct

Membership of the Clan is a privilege, not a right. Within the community you agree not to harass, abuse or threaten other members; not to post unlawful, discriminatory, hateful or sexually explicit content; not to advertise, sell or solicit; not to impersonate any person; and not to share other members' private information or content outside the community.

We may remove content, suspend or permanently revoke membership for any breach of these rules, without refund of the product purchased.

7. Shipping and returns

Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the CLAN971 name, the falcon emblem, logos, designs, text, images and video, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our prior written permission.

Buying a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

9. Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, not to interfere with its security features or normal operation, and not to collect data from it by automated means without our permission.

10. Accuracy of information

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors. Product descriptions, prices and availability may be corrected at any time without prior notice.

11. Third-party links and services

This website may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control, including payment providers and the platform hosting our community. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and their use is subject to their own terms.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website and our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all warranties not expressly set out in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLAN971, its directors, employees and partners from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to this website and to the Clan community at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms. Provisions which by their nature should survive termination will do so.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force. Your continued use of the website after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
