Where we ship
CLAN971 currently ships within the United Arab Emirates only, to all seven Emirates. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping cost
Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by the courier, weather, customs or public holidays are outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details. If you have not received it within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@clan971.ae.

- Your numbered authenticity card, carrying your member number and your single-use access code to the Clan community
Delivery addresses
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout. Couriers in the UAE will normally call before delivering.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional cost.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us at info@clan971.ae with your order number and we will investigate with the courier.
