Refund policy

CLAN 971 BRANDS For Readymade Garments Trading CO. L.L.C S.O.C ("CLAN971", "we", "us") wants you to be certain about what you wear. If something is not right, this policy explains what to do.

Return window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted.

Conditions for a return

To be eligible for a return, all of the following must be true:

• The cap is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with all original tags attached.
• It is returned in its original gift box, undamaged.
• The numbered authenticity card is included and intact.
• The access code printed on the authenticity card has not been activated.

About your access code

Every CLAN971 cap includes a numbered authenticity card carrying a single-use code that grants membership access to the Clan community.

If your access code has already been activated, the product is considered used and a return will normally be declined. Where we accept a return at our discretion in such a case, your Clan membership will be revoked and your community access removed as part of processing the refund.

Please do not activate your code if you are unsure about keeping your cap.

How to start a return

Email info@clan971.ae with your order number (for example #9711042) and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address and next steps. Items sent back without a confirmed return request cannot be processed.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong product. In those cases we cover return shipping in full.

We recommend using a trackable service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your cap arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@clan971.ae with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs, at no expense to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Original shipping costs are not refunded, except in the case of faulty or incorrect items.

Exchanges

Our caps are one size, with an adjustable strap, so we do not offer size exchanges. To change colour, return your item under this policy and place a new order.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email us at info@clan971.ae as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once dispatched, the return process above applies.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
